Level 2 Training

Certificate in Sports Chaplaincy

Sports Chaplaincy Australia's Level 2 training is recognised as a world leader in sports chaplaincy training. It is our primary training for those who are becoming sports chaplains. It includes 18 hours of delivered content (including a minimum of 14 hours face-to-face) along with additional reading and video presentations. The training includes instruction and role plays around certain skill sets, along with discussion and reflection.

The standard registration cost for our Level 2 training is $395 ($345 for early bird). There are further discounts for SCA accredited chaplains.

If you want your church to be fully equipped and ready to take advantage of this great opportunity to connect with, and serve, your local community, we at SCA would love to speak to you about delivering our Level 2 training to your church. Please contact us at training@sportschaplaincy.com.au

We have resumed face-to-face training as indicated below. If there are none suitable for you, please consider registering for Level 2 Training online. Over 100 students have very much appreciated our online Level 2 sessions - and many have indicated that it is the best online experience in training they have encountered.

We want to continue to make this training accessible to those who have been financially impacted by COVID-19. Please contact your state coordinator (see the CONTACTS page), or email training@sportschaplaincy.com.au to ask about concessions.
