A letter from Sports Chaplaincy Australia Chairman Luke Tattersall.
Dear SCA Members & Friends,
After a very fruitful 12 and a half years as National Director, Cam Butler has felt it time to step out of his role in SCA.
Cam has brought great vision and enthusiasm to the ND’s role and has helped lead SCA through a significant period of growth and much change.
His passion for sports chaplaincy is stronger than ever and he assures us he will continue to be “an enthusiastic advocate” for the work of SCA.
The Board of SCA want to express their deep gratitude to Cam for the tremendous part he has played in this vital ministry.
Together with Cam, the Board and I are genuinely excited about the next chapter for SCA. We will be working with Cam to develop a process for the selection of a new National Director of SCA and will keep you informed of the Board’s progress.
Yours in his service,
Chairman of the Board
Sports Chaplaincy Australia
The SCA Board will manage the transition over the coming 6 months. Members will be kept up-to-date of its progress as it comes to hand.
